The Bathurst Manor is quite the demand neighbourhood. With large lots, quiet streets and a central Toronto location, this area is attracting lots of buyers.  Seniors who live in the smaller  bungalows rarely move to go into condos, so these homes do not come on the market often. Lately, when they go on MLS, they have been selling for over list price with multiple buyers. Homeowners who are in need of more space, but wish to remain in the Bathurst Manor area, usually move into the larger backsplits and sidesplits that the area is known for.
